Our Support – Your Success

The level and quality of support is perhaps one of the most important “features” of any system. Our standard support offer comes with maintenance on all our product offerings.

Standard Support includes

  • The latest software updates, releases and patches.
  • Access to our and PTC´s Knowledge Base.
  • First Line support via mail, phone and remote-assistance weekdays 08.30 – 16.30.

Log a case

When logging a case, please make sure to give our Tech-support engineers as much info as possible, such as background, system info, customizations etc. The more information, the faster we can solve your problem.
